My internship at GNPI over this last semester has been an eye-opening and God-honoring time. It showed me that several things are moving.
1. God is moving.
GNPI is a place of God-centered people who strive to live out the mission of GNPI.
2. Projects are moving.
During my time here at GNPI, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of several projects and catch a glimpse of what the staff here at the Joplin office does. Multiple projects are going on at the same time. It has been a true blessing to participate in the work.
3. People are moving.
One of my tasks was helping with the launch of the 100 Lights campaign. If you don't know what this is, I ask you to take some time to check it out. You won’t regret it! I say that people are moving because of all that is going on in the Joplin office and around the world. I also joined several Zoom meetings with our international staff and learned about their projects and how their staff members share Jesus in their cultures.
4. I am moving.
I learned how GNPI operates as a non-profit, and it was very helpful. With this experience in my back pocket, I plan on moving forward with a vision to work in the nonprofit field in the future.
