Fernando, Nomad-Madagascar team leader, shares his joy!
Since 2016, the Lord has given us a bold vision to take the gospel to every village of the Bara people, and now also to the Antandroy and Mahafaly tribes.
To this day, we praise God for the 566 villages that have already heard about Jesus—57 in the first quarter of 2025!
Alongside our team of pastor-evangelists, we faithfully visit at least two villages every week. I can’t be in every one of them, but our hearts beat together.
We travel side by side—until they can go on their own!
Yesterday, we went! It was a 4-hour motorcycle ride on dusty, rugged paths, crossing savannas and brush, all the way to a remote village called Atsely.
When we arrived, only a few people were there. But as soon as the sound of the motorcycles echoed across the savanna . . . they came!
Over 150 Bara people appeared from the bush, eyes wide, hearts open, ready to hear about Jesus.
They watched the testimonies of other Bara who have already surrendered their lives to Christ—stories recorded through GNPI’s Nomad-Madagascar project.
There are no words to describe the joy of seeing the Word touching hearts!
What a harvest! What a glorious day! A day the Lord made so that His name would be lifted high!
