Your prayers for GNPI are making an impact around the world.
“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come to his people and redeemed them.” – Luke 1:68 (NIV)
Here Comes the Bride in Thailand: Gayle Silkwood of GNPI-Chiang Mai, Thailand, writes, “The Thai team is writing a script for a short film. The production will address the subject of marriage as it relates to Jesus and His bride. We see that short five-minute videos have quite an impact if the story is compelling and relevant. Pray for creativity on the part of the scriptwriters to tell a good story and for talented actors to portray it properly.”
Three Christmas Broadcasts in India: Manee Massey of GNPI-Damoh, India, writes, “We have completed and submitted the Christmas production to the channel broadcast office for final approval. The program will air on Sony TV (National TV) on the 24th at 7:00am. In the afternoon it will air again on the Subhdandesh Channel (National Christian Channel), and it will broadcast a third time on DD Punjabi which is a National Regional Channel (Punjabi).”
Giving Back in Ukraine: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “It was a special blessing to teach the Bible-based Basics of Logics course at the University of Nations to the class of Western missionaries currently serving in Ukraine. This is a way we can give back to thousands of ministries, missionaries, churches, and individuals who have been sacrificing their time, efforts, money, resources, and even their lives through all these years to spread the light of the Good News in the darkness of atheism and communist ideology imposed on many generations in our part of the world!”
Proclaiming the Gospel in Mexico: Gustavo Velázquez of GNPI-Piedras Negras, Mexico, writes, “This month our team will be traveling to Matamoros, Tamaulipas, to continue recording The Global Gospel in sign language and the Life of a Deaf Person documentary. Pray for us to be able to have a safe trip and to fulfill the purpose of our work.”
Praying for Recovery in Kenya: Isaac Masiga from GNPI-Nairobi, Kenya, writes, “Our country has been destabilized economically by a long and unending election process. Pray for this process to end and for Kenyans to recover economically and politically.”
