“I cried out to God for help; I cried out to God to hear me.” — Psalm 77:1 (NIV)
A Trip to China: GNPI prepared 30 flash drives with culturally appropriate resources, including The Global Gospel in Chinese, Unveiling the Mystery, and Source of Love for a Christian worker who will lead Project Nomad training in China next month. Please pray for the multiplication of disciples and for the safety of this Christian worker.
What’sApp in India: Manee Massey of GNPI-Damoh, India, says, “Praise the Lord! Our ministry partner Sadhu is very focused in his outreach for Christ. Sadhu talks to Hindu people about timely subjects and points them to the words of Jesus as the Lord of lords. Things are going well as we record his short messages for What’s App, a popular app in India.”
A Great Adventure: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “A special treat was a meeting with the translation and editorial team of the Ukrainian science textbooks in the city of Rivne. A three-year long marathon is close to its completion. The last of twelve textbooks is in the final editing stage now, and the next to the last one is at the press already. It was a great adventure, and we can see how much these resources are needed! Please pray for God’s blessings on everyone involved in the project! Right now, we are exploring the possibility of joining the program of supplying all national libraries with these textbooks. This will require some specific efforts and paperwork, but we will do our best to make it happen! Please pray with us!”
A Vibrant Group: Timothy Jai Kumar of GNPI-Chennai, India, says, “In June, I had the privilege of training 15 delegates from a community service ministry in Varanasi, India. This ministry group brought delegates from four different regional offices in east India to be trained in media production. They were very enthusiastic and quick to learn the concepts and incorporate them in their projects. This group is vibrant; without a doubt they will complete great videos to be used for evangelism and discipleship to impact their community.”
A New Believer: Timothy P. of GNPI-SE Asia shares the conversion testimony of a fifteen-year-old who talked to an evangelist and studied about Jesus with GNPI resources. The teenager said, “The Scripture teaches us to worship only God, but we, Buddhists, don’t realize what we are doing in Buddhism. When I learned about Jesus Christ as the true One who descended from heaven to the earth, I accepted Him as the true God and decided to be baptized in Christ. My heart is now at peace.”
