“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”
— Matthew 24:14 (NLT)
A New Online Platform: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “A new online platform makes The Global Gospel (TGG) in Russian available. We were allowed to use the Everlasting Gospel translation for it. The translation ministry is excited about TGG! They posted it on their own website with the comment that it is the best visual presentation of the Gospel they know of so far. They provided links to GNPI and the Christian Center for Science and Apologetics sites as well. May the Lord be praised!”
Summer Camp: Stephen Muturi of GNPI-Mbale, Uganda, writes, “Praise the Lord! We had an opportunity to join the Scripture Union camp in Nabumali. It was an uplifting three-day camp where young people were inspired by watching our videos. Secondary schools have reopened, which means more opportunities to show our videos and make an impact on the lives of young people throughout the region.”
Moving Forward: The Farsi serialization of The Global Gospel is moving forward. Filming began last week with a female presenter. Pray this version will help many people in the Middle East to understand the love of Christ.
Intensive Training: Timothy P. of GNPI-SE Asia writes, “The following testimony is from one of the men who came for our month long seminar at the Training Center. This visitor explains how much he is learning from God’s Word. He said, ‘I desire to spread the Good News of Christ, so I came to this training in evangelism. My friends and I discussed baptism, which is immersion in the water. I accepted it and decided to be baptized as mentioned in the Bible. I thank God for letting me come to this training school. I am 56 years old and have been in ministry for
36 years.’ ”
Train Up a Child: Gayle Silkwood of GNPI-Chiang Mai, Thailand, writes, “Praise the Lord! Our team filmed a new program as part of the Biblical Extension Courses (BEC) in my home. A Bible teacher named Vanda was the speaker at this shoot. Vanda works with mothers and children in association with Compassion International. In her lesson, she emphasized the need to begin teaching our children Christian principles as early as possible. This video will soon be edited with English subtitles and uploaded to our YouTube channel where it can be accessed by Thai speakers around the world.”
