Prayers & Praises
“. . . we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.” — Psalm 78:4 (NIV)
July Nomad Training: Please pray for wisdom and efficiency for our ministry partners in the Middle East as they finish the details for the Project Nomad training there in July. The goal is to invest in key leaders who are working to plant or grow 22 churches in Arab speaking nations.
Biblical Truth: Timothy Jai Kumar of Project Nomad-Chennai, India, says, “One of our current projects is a three-part teaching series about God’s creation, how we have corrupted it, and how God is planning to redeem His creation. Another project relates to youth in the southern part of India. We want to interview the young people to see what issues are troubling or pressuring them. We plan to end the series with biblical truth for them to consider.”
Words of Thanks: Gayle Silkwood of GNPI-Chiang Mai, Thailand, writes, “We are happy to pass on words of thanks for a Solar Kit from brother Tang. He is an evangelist, teacher, and missionary who is part of the Lisu tribal group near the northern border. He tells us this Solar Kit will be used in a children’s home and on evangelistic trips. This is one of many Solar Kits making their way into remote villages that have no electricity.”
A Good Combination: Lena L. of GNPI-Eurasia says, “We have been in the studio working on the God’s Scientists series and other audio projects as well as making adjustments to The Global Gospel. We have found that producing micro sermons with the Nomad Production Kit is a good combination. Please keep praying for our team, our families, and God’s guidance and protection in everything we do.”
Philippines Journey: Project Nomad Coordinator Mark Allen writes, “We had two wonderful weeks of Nomad training, and the students seemed to really understand the materials. The first week of training was near Manila and the second leg of the Philippines journey was in the southern region of the country. Thank you for all the prayers and support.”
