Prayers & Praises

“To God belong wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are his.” — Job 12:13 (NIV)

Scattering God’s Word: Nenette Pacoli of GNPI-Manila, Philippines, writes, “Over the past few days, I was asking the Lord if we were going the right way to reach people with our new series Faith Matters, too!. Then our host, Pastor Caloy, received some positive feedback. Several people contacted him to thank him for the inspirational messages which they are sharing with the young adults in their lives. I believe God is doing His share of the work by scattering His Word. Please pray that we can take our viewers deeper into the Word.”

God’s Face: Timothy P. of GNPI-SE Asia writes, “Praise the Lord! We have finished a project called God’s Face in the Rawang language. This DVD was done in cooperation with some young people in the north. We made 1,500 copies. We produced another DVD with several ladies in the same region, and we plan to finish a Burmese traditional Gospel music DVD as well.”

Praying for Open Doors: Gustavo Velázquez of GNPI-Piedras Negras, Mexico, writes, “We are working on the promotion and distribution plans of the short film The Shadow of the Flowers. Pray that God will open doors in schools and other institutions to help people with anorexia and bulimia.”

Quite a Milestone: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “Presentation of the book In the Image and Likeness: Origin, Nature and Purpose of Man is quite a milestone for me. It’s the fruit of more than 20 years of studies in the Bible, apologetics, science, and logic. Praise the Lord!”

Specifically for Men: Isaac Masiga of GNPI-Nairobi, Kenya, writes, “Our next project will be specifically for men. Ask God to use it to encourage men to be good leaders in their families and communities. We plan to give the project a name which means a gathering place for men in Swahili.”

All of your needs are lifted up to the Heavenly Father. His Word does not return empty. Do not grow tired and weary, for we WILL reap a great harvest. In Jesus Name. Amen.
