I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. — Ezekiel 36:26 (NIV)
New Training Center: Praise the Lord for his faithfulness and the cooperation of several ministries to reach this goal. Timothy P. of GNPI-SE Asia will dedicate a new training center on Wednesday, August 17. We look forward to watching how the Lord will use this facility to train many effective leaders to reach SE Asia with the Gospel.
Exciting News: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “We have completed the first full-scale training project at the Nieuwenhuis Training Center! We were doing only regional events at the facilities for equipping the Church in Crimea. Our goal was to reconcile the restrictions of Russian law and its specifics with our security, work, and resources. Prior to the event we had a very fruitful meeting as coworkers to evaluate, plan, and develop our work both in Crimea and on the mainland. This month we hosted the first event for visitors from Russia!”
A New Project for Families: Please pray for God’s guidance and creativity as we work with several ministry partners to create the template for a new project for children and parents. It will include 20 interactive stories with 10 from the New Testament and 10 from the Old Testament.
I Will Not Be Silent: Isaac Masiga of GNPI-Nairobi, Kenya, writes, “Pray for wisdom in the initial stages of a new partnership with the Kenya Faith-Based Media Group. It consists of faith-based broadcasters including Islamic networks. The group identifies with the relevance of our Public Service Announcements (PSA) and wants to partner with us to produce content between September 2016 and Feb 2019. The focus is on a national security/cohesion campaign theme, Sinyamazi, I will not be silent. We have already re-edited one of our PSAs to fit into their campaign strategy.”
Family Friendly: Manee Massey of GNPI-Damoh, India, writes, “Our staff is working on the opening titles, graphics, and a promotional video for our family series. Please pray for this project to encourage many people in their relationships and for us as we try to raise funds for the series.”
