A Precious Privilege in SE Asia: Timothy P. of GNPI-SE Asia writes, “Thank you very much for your unceasing prayers and support. Last month we presented a seminar for government employees in the northern part of our country. Ninety-seven people desired to know more about bringing others to Christ. Government employees and church leaders who led this seminar invited us to come and teach them more next year. Through this seminar they learned how to present Christ to their friends in schools and in departmental offices. It was a precious privilege for us and for them too.”
Spiritual Growth in Uganda: Stephen Muturi of GNPI-Mbale, Uganda, writes, “We received some uplifting reports on the impact of our videos in Tororo District, an area we started reaching out to this year. About 20 people have given their lives to Christ over the last two months in this area. The young church in Mudakori is also experiencing growth both in numbers and in knowledge of Christ’s teachings.”
Building Unity in Eurasia: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Eurasia writes, “We are involved in the training of international Christian workers on our national mission field at the YWAM “Worldview School.” In March, we had fruitful seminars on the issues of practical Christian ethics and biblical foundations for civil society. The seminars in April focused on the Science and the Bible. Please pray for God to continue to use us to build unity among believers.”
Training in Mexico: Caren Lopez of Project Nomad-Pachuca, Mexico, writes, “Last month we gave a small training in the city of Querétaro to an IMPACTO Latino group. We are planning to give another training to members of UCM Universidad Cristiana de México who have the desire to learn to work with multimedia for the Kingdom of God. It is also our desire to carry out training in the city of Pachuca where we live, so that more people join the work of the Gospel through this medium, with the support of the music school, Play Music Center.”
Jesus Story Broadcast: Praise the Lord! A ministry partner in Cyprus has produced The Global Gospel (TGG) as a new series called, Jesus Story, which reaches kids through New Testament stories with Mr. Know (pictured below) in 13 half-hour episodes. The Jesus Story series is airing on SAT-7 KIDS with nearly five million youth from the ages of 6-13 viewing the programs in the Arabic language alone! Christian workers are following up with Jesus Story viewers on two different Facebook groups and distributing children’s books as a supplement to the series.
