Dr. Kim has been a worker in SE Asia for twenty years. He has a small seminary, and his students are so poor that he must provide for all of their expenses. He has been using Bible-based teaching material produced by GNPI for some time, but his first visit to the studio in Joplin was on May 14, 2014. While in Joplin, he was given so much teaching material that we went to the Salvation Army to pick up a second-hand suitcase to carry it all.
While at GNPI, Tom Nutt showed him a miniature projector that was ideal for his seminary. It is so versatile that it can be used with a wide variety of applications in developing countries. When I spoke to Tom about the cost, I was delighted to discover that it was already paid. Someone out there, who made a contribution to GNPI, had already picked up the tab. I don’t know who you are, but I felt compelled to say, “Thank you!” just the same. Dr. Kim will be leaving for Asia in three days, and your generosity will be bearing fruit for Christ before you read these words.
