Prayers & Praises

“How great you are, O Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you. We have never even heard of another God like you!” 2 Samuel 7:22 (NLT)

Reaching Refugees: Tom Silkwood of GNPI-Thailand shares, “Please pray for us to have God’s wisdom for the best ways to help and encourage the large number of Pakistani refugees coming here. There are many needs and opportunities.”

Integrity in the Workplace: Nenette Pacoli of GNPI-Philippines writes,It’s a joy to release the fourth installment of Say It Forward (SIF). This program is Integrity in the Workplace. This SIF series features business men and women who share their life experiences to help others in their Christian walk.”

Questions and Answers: Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Ukraine writes, “We have managed to produce an app. Questions and Answers: The Christian Apologist’s Mobile Companion is for Android devices. The app deals with a wide spectrum of issues like God’s existence, creation verses evolution, miracles, evil, suffering, resurrection, the divinity of Jesus, eternal life, and Christianity vs. other religions. The app is available for free at our science and apologetics site as well as at the Google Play Store. We are looking for someone to help us produce the same app for Windows or iOS platforms. Please join in our prayers for this.”

Dental Clinic Distribution: Our coworkers at GNPI-Uganda provided Solar Kits for some Christian partners in South Sudan. They have been using Solar Kits to show GNPI materials to those waiting at dental clinics in different villages. These partners provide discipleship materials on micro SD cards for those who would like them as well. Praise the Lord for new ways to demonstrate God’s love and proclaim the Gospel.

Full of Happiness: TP of GNPI-SE Asia writes, “Praise the Lord. God is working through us, and people are coming to Christ. Last Saturday, our pastor came to my house and asked me to share about Christ with a 30 year old man. I was full of happiness to share about Christ, who is the true and living God. The man is married and has two children. He told me he had been to prison because of demonstration. The man said he was convinced he wanted to follow Christ, and he wants to be baptized next week. He said he needed to explain this to his wife and children. He said, ‘No one told us about the true God as simply and clearly as you have done.’ After that, I prayed for him.”
