Prayers & Praises
“He must become greater; I must become less.” – John 3:30
A New Content Management System!
Sergei Golovin of GNPI-Ukraine says, “Despite all the challenges, our goal and the strategy is the same. We are just changing formats and approaches according to the circumstances. While exploring new opportunities, we shift the ministry focus in Crimea for training and equipping the body of Christ in media and Internet ministries, as well as developing programs for work with children and personal evangelism. We have practically completed a new Content Management System for our site and have started its testing and the content uploading (we produced quite a lot during 20+ years), as well as developing new seminars for training and equipping the body of believers with the major focus on on-line tools like blogging, podcasts, webcasts, using social networks, etc.”
Jesca Naavah of GNPI-Uganda shares two answered prayers. Jesca writes, “We have finished shooting the Life of Christ series. We are so thankful to God and to our teacher, Mr. Dennis Okoth. Now the remaining part is editing. Secondly, our coworker, Stephen, has traveled safely to and from Sudan. He had a good trip and a successful training with the team in Sudan on how to use the Solar Kit.”
Simmi Dhingra of GNPI-Chandigarh, India, reports that they have hired a new staff person to work in the office. Please pray for Satwinder and for his adjustment to his new responsibilities in video production. In addition, please pray for special comfort and strength for Simmi and her four children on this week’s first anniversary of Deepak’s illness and death.
Nenette Pacoli of GNPI-Philippines offers helpful resources to Filipino Christians. Nenette writes, “Here is a link to our WWJD videos. You can use them as teaching materials in classes or as a springboard for discussions in youth groups. Let’s reach out to our young people, so they can watch and learn from wholesome, meaningful videos.” Nenette also shares that her coworkers are finalizing graphics for the Stress Management episode of WWJD. Praise God for the practical help in his Word for every day life.
Finalizing One Project and Anticipating the Next!
Isaac Masiga of GNPI-Kenya says, “The recording for The Global Gospel in Swahili is 70 percent completed. It is a multi-voice production. We are already considering which language to work on next. We may start on one of the West African languages.” Please pray that God would use this project to draw people into a right relationship with Jesus.
