The Global Gospel - The Crucifixion, Burial, and Resurrection

GNPI is working to produce The Global Gospel in the world’s top languages. These videos present the life and teachings of Jesus Christ using colorful illustrations and dramatic Bible readings.

The Medical Aspects of the Crucifixion

As a medical doctor, Jameso Fuzzell was naturally interested in the medical aspects of the crucifixion. His in-depth study led him to a deep appreciation of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Dr. Fuzzell considers each aspect of the events leading up to the crucifixion as well as the crucifixion itself. He discusses the trials, the scourging, the crown of thorns, the cross, and the agony inflicted upon Christ. Click here to listen or download the audio only version.

A Doctor Looks at the Crucifixion and Resurrection

Dr. Garland Bare presents an in-depth look at both the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. In his graphic explanation of both the scourging and the crucifixion, he shows how physical death must have taken place. Then he goes on to show that if Christ had somehow survived those agonies, death would have resulted from His burial. Throughout both lessons, Dr. Bare emphasizes the importance of the resurrection to the Christian faith as a whole and to individual believers. Listen or download the audio only version of A Doctor Looks at the Crucifixion and Resurrection.
