Prince Makaya serves as Regional Director for GNPI-Kenya. Prince is a uniquely talented Zimbabwean missionary in Kenya.

Tom Nutt grew up in Zimbabwe in the Ziden Nutt family and now serves as Director of Operations for GNPI in Joplin, Missouri.

Mike Schrage served on the mission field in Kenya for 20 years and now serves as Director of Development for GNPI in Joplin.

David Okoth, from a young age, has dreamed of working with GNPI. He is from Kenya and served an internship with GNPI in May and June 2008. His father is on the GNPI-Kenya Board

Vince Vigil interned with GNPI in Joplin and in Mbale, Uganda and will be serving in a new GNPI facility in Mbale in 2009.

Why was the meeting “historic?”

• Historic in that years ago Ziden Nutt, founder of GNPI, envisioned such meetings taking place—and now they are! (Tom and Mike were thrilled to hear these three men who work in Africa compare notes as they shared their vision to reach all of East Africa for Christ through media.)
• Historic in that Prince, who is a Zimbabwean, is serving in Kenya as an effective missionary
• Historic in that David’s father’s role on the GNPI-Kenya Board has fueled David’s passion for the power of media
• Historic in that interns, Vince and David, are fulfilling their God-given dreams of partnering with GNPI in Africa after years of education and training
• Historic in that the team that Mike Schrage began his missionary work with in Kitale, Kenya is the same team Vince will be joining
